Red; 58,000 org. miles- 1999 Camaro Z28, M6....
Suspension question>>>>
I just ordered an Eibach Spring Kit and Bilstein shocks for my 99' Z28 and I was just curious if there have to be adjustments made on the car when it is installed.......camber, etc. I have 19s on the car and I didn't get the kit that lowers it 2" or whatnot.....its only like 1.2" or a little more....Thanks for the help.

Navy Blue Metallic (NBM)- 2002 Camaro SS
Revalved Bilsteins or stock HDs? You should get an alignment after the springs to put the car back in spec...

when you raise/lower a vehicle, you must do an alignment. by raising/lowering a vehicle, it significantly changes the camber and toe.
here's where i did a spring swap on a 3rd gen car. http://fl-thirdgen.org/frontspringswap.html look at the very bottom. i took measurements before and after i swapped the springs out. major change after raising the car up about 2".
------------- BEFORE --- AFTER
CAMBER ----- L -0.48* --- L 0.48*
------------- R -0.20* -- R 0.60*
TOTAL TOE -- -0.16* ---- 0.47*Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

also, dont forget that you'll need an adjustable PHB to recenter your rear if you lower.

I have eibach 1.5 drop springs on my 02' z28 w/17's, I got LCA's and LCA relocators, as well as adjustable panhard rod. The rear with the eibachs and the stock equip. definatly didn't lanch as good as stock or with the new lca's. My bro, got the 2.0 drop w/18's and he did have camber problems in the front.
