turn on right blinker, ALL lights blink??? HELP

ok i have checked all bulbs and replaced the flasher, heres the deal. the other day i went to make a right turn and my blinker light didnt blink but you can hear a fast clicking sound coming from the flasher soleniod, i checked the left blinker it worked fine so i figure a light was out on the right side. All the lights but a sidemarker were ok so i replaced it and the flasher soleniod, now when i turn on the right blinker all the outside lights on the car flash/blink. the left works fine like it has been but when you turn on the right blinker both the right and left lights flash, the right side is a little bit brighter like its getting more power but they all flash. however when i turn i the headlights, the left blinker works but the right blinker light comes on and stays on like it would if a bulb was burned out?????? i have to pass a brake n light inspection and im clueless, HELP!!!!!!

did you get the right flasher? there are 2, one for hazzards and one for turn signals. Did you replace the turns flasher with a hazzards?

no thats the samething i was thinking at first but the flasher is for hazzard and blinker, also the left blinker works fine its just the right thats making all the lights blink.......

If it is the right side it has to be a bulb on the right side or a bad socket. Check all the bulbs and sockets.

sounds like a ground issue to me , my truck had done this in the past, went through the bulbs ,flasher,switch,nothin fixedit .got pissed and started checking the main grounds found one corroded over cleaned it and bam never happend again. well worth checking the ground first.
