door Window outside weatherstriping

Can anyone tell me how the bottom of window on the door outside weatherstriping is held on? Mine keeps riding up and I found it had been glued down by last owner from the outside.

Experance with past cars is that is is held on by metal or plastic clips that latch onto the bottom edge of the window opening. The have a tendency to get damaged and wear out over time.
