Light Pewter Metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
Need torque spec for brake caliper bracket
I can't find the torque specification for the two bolts which secures the front brake caliper bracket to the steering knuckle on a 2002 Camaro. I don't see it in my shop manual.
Also, should a thread locker e.g. locktite be used to secure the caliper to the knuckle? I don't want it coming loose, but if I do use red or blue loctite can I get the bracket loose to change the pads later? Thanks guys.

74 ft pounds according to the info in the Sticky at the top of this section.
Blue Locktite is the removable one.

I personally use the blue on it. Wait until you have to take them back off and you'll see why
