So tell me how to get there, I have a stock 02 with an a4 and only 15k miles, do I swap engines and change tranny and rear......HELP, what do I do.

Check into a procharger system.

thats my goal also Iam starting with some heads maybe AFRs or Trick Flow heads and a big 236 cam that will put me close in that area with a few other mods. or you can go Turbo or supercharge

I would go with a Procharger. Drives like stock till you get on it.

I've seen in a few mags that dynoed heads, and the trick flow did really well.

Are you talking CHP or RWHP? What are your goals? Track, street, auto-x? The easiest way, as always, is nitrous. However, with your limited knowledge/experience (no insult intended) you should probably go in steps towards your goal...
