LCA's making noise

So I did adjustable Lca's and pan hard bar and the pan hard bar has play in it and I have to tighten it periodically. The lca's have play in them and I feel/hear them clanking on the frame. Driving me nuts, anybody else experience this?

Umm...have you tighten the lock nut on the spanner?

Once they are tighten they are locked in place.

yep....had the same thing happen to mine. Gotta tighten the shit out of those things. Mine would pop against the frame when going over bumps. Put a little more ass into the bolts and hasn't popped since.

Bmr is the brand and lock nut on the spanner is lock in. I'll tighten them when I get time this week. I torqued to 72ft/lb like the instructions said.

Finally got around to addressing the issue. Put some serious ass into the bolts on the frame and on the lock nuts and so far so good.

Good to hear. Not a fan of things clunking and banging under cars.
