Right Blinker/ Signaling
Both my right front and rear turn on but wont blink. I replaced the rear one not the front yet, is this a matter of bulbs or wiring?

My car just started doing this as well, was it your bulbs?

Yeah this car seems to have water leaking problems.. its gets in and makes your bulbs go out eventually.. if one doesnt work wether it being the front or the rear on the same side..either will blink.

Is your housing Cracked?

Its very common.
I would replace the housing and socket if needs be and put a LED bulb in. The heat from the stock bulb can cause the housing to crack.
