I bought a verizon vx6700 pda phone, and already own an Autoenginuity OBD2 adapter that I used to use with my old pda and laptop. Now, the OBD2 adapter is OBD2 on one end, and serial on the other. That was fine because my old pda had a serial cable, and when i used my laptop, i had a adapter cable that was serial on one end, and USB on the other.

Problem is, I cant find a serial cable for my new vx6700 ANYWHERE, and the only cables for it are USB. Now, can I use a gender changer (http://www.vpi.us/usb-gender.html top left adapter USBAF-USBAF) so I can go
