Is it just the locks? The windows still work fine? Is it one side? Have you tried the pass switch?

When I first got my car the locks would freak out and just keep locking, I finally figured out that while driving in the rain at highway speed it would drip at the corner of the t-top and right onto the driver side switch. So I pulled it out and cut the ground to the switch, no problems since and I forgot about it because I never lock my doors from my car door switch, only the keys. Might be worth checking.. The fuse too!

Could be a BCM issue starting to arise. BCM trouble is very common in our cars..

The lock relays are in the BCM. You can also check the "Courtesy" fuse in the IP fuse block and check for a good ground on the Black wire at the lock switch. That black wire connects to the ground called G200 which is "Near the left A-pillar, bolted to the instrument panel mounting stud behind the kick panel" according to the service manual.
