Smoothed and Painted my Airlid

Continuing my Smoothing and Painting streak (Tail Lights and FAST Intake), I took care of my new FTP Air Lid.

I used Engine Enamel because it seems to be stronger than regular body paint

Here is what I started with:

Primered:

Black Engine Enamel applied:

Stickers and Clear Engine Enamel applied (over stickers):

Here is what I have on there now (UPD Air Lid...no paint, just stickers stright on the plastic):

This new lid is part of my H/C/I swap, which I would get on with after I get my fueling problem fixed

Looks good, now paint the lower radiator support to match it

60 grit, then 100 grit sandpaper to get the plastic smooth, and then filler primer (best invention ever, just by the way) to fill in the scratches.
