Yes its descreened the previous owner had it done and i cleaned it last month with MAF cleaner. I was also talking to a friend of mine and he was saying that his truck was doing the same thing and he said his was a vacumm leak which Cutlass had already mentioned could be one of the problems.

I have a Granatelli MAF I got after my stock unit started causing issues. Had no issues when 1st installed and my tuner has no problems with it so I have to give it a good marks if you need one.

Did you ever find out what the problem was?
My lt1 was doing the same thing, awhile back.
I replaced the TPS & the MAF, & it stopped dieing.
But now i have a vacuum leak, & it starts to bog down
a bit now.
Hope you figure it out!

As others have said, it most likely is a vacuum leak. Especially with both banks reporting lean codes. Check the vacuum lines, I believe there is one on the back of the intake, right Cutlass? Isn't that the PCV line? I've read about others here that found that particular line in bad shape.

No i havent found out yet, but i will trouble shoot it this weekend when I have time. Where can I purchase a Granatelli MAF at? More than likely its a vacuum leak though as i have been reading and asking friends about it, but im still going to change the MAF though.

I got mine from WS6store website. Check on here I though Granatelli was a sponsor sometimes it's cheaper if you go straight to the company. I am happy with mine, it does it's job and keeps the cars running and my tuner has no issues. I clean it with every oil change since I have to clean the air filters anyway. I know my friend had the SLP unit on his Formula and sent it back and ended up getting one from the local parts store.
