What size are the stock injectors?

Also, will the ford or venom universals fit in place of the stockers?

I think the stock injectors are 24lb/h. I think GM upped the size from the 93. As far as the Ford Universals, I think they do. I know a guy on automotiveforums.com (yes, I post there too, just different name) that uses Ford 33lb/h injectors. NOt sure if he needed modifications to anything, but yes they work.

I may be mistaken(wouldn't be the first time) but I'm pretty sure it was 22lb (1992-1993) and 24lb (1994-1997)

i just took mine off my 97 trans am 5.7 and they were 19 i put 30 on there. fun until you fill up

Nope, 94 and up had 24's from the factory. I don't know who f-ed up your TA, but it should have had 24's in it.

Sounds like you need to get a tune for those new injectors. No need to be shooting fireballs out of the exhaust.
