Ok, so I finally have the right axles and flanges. Got them pressed on today. Have the Timken bearings pressed in as far as they will go, however now I can't get the axles in far enough to get the c-clips put back on. Any suggestions? I have heard this happening with aftermarket bearings.

So, called Summit and Summit got Timken on the line. They looked at the reference notes on these bearings and stated that they have complaints from others on this issue. Long behold, they do not have a fix. So I pulled the Timken ones out and threw them in the trash. Would have rather spent the $50 on something else, but you live and learn. Picked up new seals and bearings from a local parts store, slid right in and everything back together with in an hour. Done! Thanks for everyones help. Now on to the front struts and springs. The weather is shitty here so might as well get it all done for when it finally is nice out.

Nice that they went ahead and sold you something that wouldn't work.

I've had that issue with the stock original bearings so I tend to not blame it on the bearings themselves, it's just very tight tolerances. When pulling original axles I've had to use C-clamps to push and hold the axle in so I can pull the c-clips. Always went back together the same way. Once the c-clips are in however and tension is released, everything is fine.
