Did it shear flush, or is there some sticking out of the head?

I also pulled my starter, so I had room to pop the dipstick up with a small flat head screwdriver. Make sure to lube it with some clean oil before re-installing. Sorry to hear about the bolts -- at this juncture it may simply be best to pull the head to work on the bolts. Make sure you evacuate all fluids from the head bolt holes and blow them out with compressed air before reassembly.

if the heads come off im getting new heads, cam, and intake. at the very least finding a shop around here to port these.
one of them im confident i can get it out. theres about a half inch stickin out. i sprayed some penetrating oil on it and am letting it soak overnight. i got a set of lockjaw pliers that should do nicely.
i think something was wrong with that bolt. i was using a 4" ratchet, i cant imagine being able to over torque it with that.
the one thats gonna be a pain is not quite flush, its a little inside the head. im pretty sure i can get a small drill in there. i am wanting to do a H/C/I, but was hoping to wait till next winter, we'll see how it goes.

I had to rock a few of the bolts in and out to break them completely free. It appears that they rusted tight in the manifold. They came loose easy when i first put the socket on them, but then got tight after about 1/2 to 1 turn out. I sprayed them and ran them in and out a bit to break them free of the manifold and out they came.
