Need Help identifying hose/valve coming off throttle body

I had a leak previously and taped up this valve/hose. I've done searches and diagram inspections online and I can't find the name of this part or part #.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's the pcv check valve. Very common part failure.

You have a few options on how to fix it.

This is the most common fix, simple and cheap. But it will also fail in time. Has to do with the design and placement of the pcv

Any questions just ask, I've done both. To be honest I favor the LS6 VCT over the pcv fix.
