Catch it and tame it.
Pet mice are fun. Carry them around in your shirt pocket...see how many chicks the two of you can make scream in a day..

mice are cute, and as long as you have them, you won't have a cheese infestation!

Get a reliable cat. If that doesnt work then get some of that DeCon crap or whatever and you get rid of the cat and the mice

Sometimes that's just part of apartment living. Call mgmt and see their response. Someplaces are good with getting control, others don't care.
Get some traps too. With Decon they eat and die wherever the poison takes affect.... could be your bed, your pillow or in the underwear drawer. Then they rot.
but with traps, you can throw the dead mice in front of whomever you feel is most dirty in your apartment complex! Or make BBQ snacks!

+1 on not using Decon. We had a mouse die in the warehouse, someone set a skid on it. We had no idea what skid though, it was horrible horrible smell. We found it week later. Maybe it is someonese snaked food that got loose? I'd catch him and keep him though. I had a pet mouse for a while. They don't stink as bad as hamsters and they are just as cute!

Get some glues traps and put along the wall. You'll have him in a day or two for sure.
We used to take them out back and shoot the shit out of them with a pellet gun.

Out on the farm we would live catch them in traps and drown them. I mean throw the cage in a bucket and come back later. Then one pulled a jesus on me, I have no idea how it happened, cage was submerged...but after like five minutes I took cage out, threw the mouse on the lawn, it jumped up and ran. If you do it with a pellet gun, scratch hatch marks on the butt for every one you kill.
