    Wacky idle with new blower

    I just had a Magnuson blower and 90mm Holley Throttle body put in my 2002 TA. Everything runs great except at COASTING IDLE. Sounds crazy but it will fluctuate back and forth from 300 to 1000 RPM all the way down a hill when in neutral and then when the car stops rolling it levels out right where it should be. Could this be a IAC or TPS issue? Help!!!
