Turn Signals
Im having issues with my driver side turn signals, it wont flash, the arrow on the cluster just stays lit and ive already replaced the front and rear bulbs, and the fuse for the turn signals. Could it be the flasher? or some kind of short

Im 99.9% positive it is your flasher. Mine did the exact same thing that you just discribed. Changed mine and they work fine now. Any local auto store has one for cheep, and the flasher is under your steering wheel under that panel right where your knees sit off to the upper right hand side, pretty ez fix.

teh little hole under your runnnig light is the access to your light... pull the bulb take it in to walmart with you and get a new one... you have to twist it untill it clocks or stops then pull the bulb out... rever to put the new one in...

I believe if it was a flasher it would effect both sides... I've seen problems with gm bulb sockets having bad ground connections in the socket. with the turn signal on you may also want to wiggle the wires on the bulb socket see if it starts to flash

Figured I'd use the same thread, instead of starting a new one named 'Turn Signals'.
Mine don't work at all on either side. It won't even light up (like what happens when a bulb goes out, lights up but wont flash).
I replaced the flasher, checked the fuse, and all the lights light up fine. When I turn on the turn signal, both flashers (the old and the new replacment) make a very faint buzzing noise.
Anyone have a clue?

Well, after many hours of troubleshooting, I narrowed the problem down to the 'DRL box'. Disconnecting the DRL harness from the box fixes the problem, but of course the DRLs no longer work.
There is not a whole lot inside the box that looks like it could go bad. A controller chip and two inductors.
