Silver- 2003 GTI 1.8T :(
you are talking a large cam... with any swap you will need new springs etc... but what made you chose this cam? it can use stock heads but you wont really get much use out of it unless you upgrade the heads and use a smaller gear like... 4.10 or smaller

Hey guys, that cam is actually designed for max effort-type cam only setups and yes, actually, stock heads.
Go heavy on the springs if you are an M6, get good pushrods and light rockers are nice if in the budget. That cam will like the Fast 90 intake as well.
I wouldn't want it in anything that I ever had to drive as a primary vehicle.

Double valve springs and hardened pushrods will be a must with that cam. You might need to check the PTV clearance with the long duration of the cam and might want to flycut the pistons just to be safe. Definitely get the 4.10's to take full advantage of the cam.

Frost is rite. Designed to work with stock heads. Strong numbers put out by this cam on dyno and track. Check LS1 Techs top fastest cam only list. Several of them running this cam. http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=187330
