Spun out last night *tear*
So last night, coming onto a Highway, my assend found a patch of Black Ice and I went spinning down the shoulder (of all places)...I spun about 5 times, with the Guard Rail always about an inch from my bumpers. I thought I had gotten away unscathed (too dark to tell...about 3am), but ends up I have some front bumber damage from the guard rail, one of my Foglights lost it's Lens and my Passenger Tailshade flew off. I found the lens (and glued it back on with plastic modeling glue) and the Tailshade today on the side of the road, a little scratched up, but relatively ok. Here's the damage...I know it's relatively minor, but it still hit home for me after all of the time and effort I put into keeping the body nice...

shit'll buff out! lol
at least it is just a scrape and there was no actual impact - just needs a new bumper and she'll be good as new! could have been ALOT worse!

some body shops are really good at hiding scrapes like that. i cant tell is it cracked all the through? if so looks like a new front bumper cover and there not fun.

I'll buy your hood.
Figured I'd say it before someone else did.
Seriously though, get some 3M scratch remover and hit it with a buffer. I think you'd be surprised at how much will come out. It won't look like new but it'll at least make it look better until you can get it fixed properly.

Glad you and your bird are okay overall though! I had a spin out in an ice storm a few weeks ago. I was lucky enough to only spin 180 degrees and go backwards over an embankment and get stuck in the snow. No damage at all, very lucky - was trying my best to avoid the tree I was next to down the bank. Anyway, that should be an easy repair. Good luck!
