pewter- 2000 pontiac trans am ws-
resistance failure
i have a 2000 ws6 andim having problems with my vats so i tried a bypass, the resistance on my key is -0.887 i went to radioshack and could not find a resistance close to that number so i bought one that was 687ohms and another one that was 1k neither of the two values worked what resistance can i buy that will work on my car, because radioshack did not have the resistance of -0.887,what resistance can i buy that will work?

couldnt you just get multiple ones and hook them up in series to add up to 887

yeah, if they don't have one within your range just put 2 together in a series to add up to 887 or as close as you can get. Your pellet has a range and you want to be as close to the middle of that range as possible due to resistor variances.
