triple-black- 2000 CamaroSS convertible
275/60 means the width of the tire is 275mm
the 60 means that the sidewall is 60% of the tire width.
ie, 60% of 275mm = 165mm = 6.5" sidewall.
275/50 same thing, except sidewall is 50% of width.Eugenio_SS
almost stock triple-black 2000 SS convertible with 17x11s on all 4 w/ 315s at the track or on the street with 18x10.5s on all 4 w/ 315s: (1), (2)

I'm glad I read this thread. I did not know that it was a percentage of the width.
