Black- 2000 WS6 6spd Hooker LT
When its dirty, 'bout every 7-10k
every 30k. More than that is overkill.
every 50k.
30k or so.
every 2 years.
once so far, my car has 62k or so.
not yet....
one time. It made no difference I could tell.
Never. Still has OE torque.
Changed them with a new set when I put the Hookers on last Fall. Love those double platinums!
However, I inspect most of these things monthly or better.

i never change my pcv valves lol I've never encountered a bad one either. not saying its bad practice. they are cheap and MOST of the time they are pretty easy to replace. the ones that screw in however can become a nightmare if they break or get seized in there. the air filter i change/clean when they are dirty, the fluids i change maybe every 20k? but they do get done. the gas filters i do every 20k as well. the one filter people neglect is their gas filter. an old gas filter can cause all kinds of driveability issues/ lack of performance that people never realize. I have stick shift vehicles, which dont need there oil/fluid changed as frequently as an automatic. I recommend FLUSHING an auto trans every 30k.

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
I do it on a regular basis at recomended intervals if not sooner. I usually just pay someone else to do the dirty jobs. Not that I can't, I just don't want to deal with the used oils anymore.

Air filter gets fresh oil every 6 months.
Fuel filter is in the car no longer than 10,000 miles.
Tranny fluid got changed at 5,000 miles.
Rear diff is going on 7,000, getting changed very soon.
Brake fluid got changed at 6,000 miles after the swap.
Power steering fluid is at 7,000.
PCV valve is new once a year.
MAF gets cleaned when it needs it.
Driveshaft...routine checks. Axle needs a new bearing, getting that very soon.
Spark plugs once a year, roughly 4,000 miles.
I recently washed my car. It was Saturday night. Got dark. The car was on jackstands and didn't have a passenger front tire.
