Help With Temp Gauge
My temp gauge always used to read right in the middle no matter what type of driving i did or what the temp outside was, didn't matter if a/c was on or not. Lately the gauge has been reading 3/4 over to the hot side (sorry cant remember the temps off the top of my head)
Anyways my question is... is this a normal reading or should i be worried?
I checked my coolant and the rad is full and the overflow is a little over full but not much (just had a coolant flush a few weeks ago). I cant see any leaks.
Anyone come across this before? or know what it may possibly be? Thermostat maybe?

I would say thermostat but if it wasnt opening more than likely your car would overheat....

Air in the system? who flushed your system, try leaving the cap off to burp the air out.

UPDATE:
started leaking a little bit of coolant from the heater hoses, temp gauge still got pretty hot, but i didn't think a small pinhole leak would cause that.
Driving today and the fucking thing overheated... coolant pissing out everywhere
Worst part is, the heater hoses come as a pair, and they are only available out of lansing michigan... takes a week to get shit from there.
no fun... what else is going to go wrong this year
