What will the bottom end hold
Right now my car has 420 to the wheels and I was thinking of adding a little juice but I am not sure my stock bottom end will be able to handle it. What is the going idea on how much power can be run safely.

i was putting over 521 to the wheels for 3 years with no problem on the stock bottom end when i had it. you should be ok. but usually anything more than 530 i have noticed doesnt hold for very long. but that always depends on whether that 500+ is constant on boost or speratic like on nitrous.

I'd worry more about over-revving the engine. I read in a car mag that you shouldn't turn the stock bottom end past 6800 RPM

576rwhp/590rwtq on H/C/100shot for three years before pushing a head gasket. Engine looked great when it was torn-down...

Theres only one way to find out, Try it, The books say the bottom end will hold a little bit over 500hp to the wheels, although any higher and the connecting rod bolts should be replaced, Also keep in mind if you havent upgraded the valve train this may be a good time, ie push rods.
