Turn signals and brake lights don't quite work..HELP!!
So here's the problem. When I'm sitting with the e-brake on I my turn signals work unless I step on the brake, then the dash indicator stays steady on until I release the brake. If I let down my e-brake all the way then I don't have any brake or turn lights that function except for the 3rd brake light on the spoiler. WTF!!?? I checked my fuses and they are fine but am boggled as to what I should do next.

Edit: My turn signals work in the day when I'm driving with the e-brake down until I press the brake pedal as well. Also it seems that the rate of flash is slow and all my rear lights are really dim.
