Pissed Off!!!!!

I bought a 98 z28(black) a few months back and wanted some tint on my windows so I made an "appointment" 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I woke up called the place and confirmed my appointment (they acted like this was a strange thing to do). The guy says yepp no problem bring it in. So I take my car over to the place. First thing I notice is what looks like a riot going on in the small garage they have next door to the store that does tint,stereos blah blah blah. They have 20 cars wedged in the shop within 5 inches of each other and people running around like maniacs doing things a little to fast for my liking.Well I wind up leaving my car even though I was really leary and my sister and I went in her car to go eat and run errands. We were gone 3 hours and drove by the place and my car was still in the same spot in the parking lot never touched. I was like huh?? So I called them and they say "well looks like we are gonna have to keep your car over night" hahahahaha no mf thats not fkin happening!!!! I go back to the place and the guy says "our other tint guy called in sick this morning and we only have one tint guy" well that was total bs because there was 10 different cars in the garage with 10 I saw earlier.And why didnt he mention this bs when I called to confirm?? Give me my fkin keys!!!! Later. The guy tells me "your lucky we didnt cut the tint" Blah Blah blah hahahahahahah mf pleeeeeeease!!! Your lucky I dont knock your teeth down your fkin throat for wasting my time!!! I know this isnt a big deal but I feel better now!! hahahaha A computer cuts the tint so how long could it take to put in?? What is the purpose of having a appointment?? They were making more money installing stereos/amps/speakers than putting tint on my car so they put me on the back burner.I can understand leaving your car if you are getting major work done to the motor etc. but not for tint no way!! I am kinda relieved my car wasnt crammed in that tiny garage for my paint to get scratched or chipped cause then it would be like "o we didnt do that, it was already like that!" The quest for good service never ends!!! Can anyone tell me a good window tinting shop in tampa florida?

tint shops seem to be a dime a dozen and few are reputable

Yea I was quoted $ 108 over the phone which sounded too cheap so I figured the better tint would be around 150-160 nope by the time I signed the paperwork it was $195.00 which I would have payed because I want quality but this place was rediculous as far as service/installation.

Ahh makes me appreciate my tinter Cindy's in Elsmere De. that much more. When I wanted to get my 04 gto done she had a month and a half wait (got me in a little earlier) but I've been dealing with her since 1995 and she is worth the wait-Extremely professional and even cleans up inside the car after she is done. Yes, tint shops are a dime a dozen but she has never let me down.

Yea I have a great car paint shop that I deal with here in Tampa but never tried to get any window tinting done till now. There are a million tint shops here but I think I found a good one today. WOW the place you deal with does a great business and its probably because of the great service no doubt.

My cousin lives in Tampa and told me he's had good success with a tint shop on the corner of Dale Maybery and Waters street. Said its near a big walmart. he told me about another place that sucks on dale maybery too called buzz-off - i think thats what he called it. anyway hes had two cars done at the first place, on time, reasonable, and decent folks. good luck
