Has anyone had any kind of decent gains from a programmer (for instance hypertech or superchips?) Thanks for the info.

There are so many questions about programers and anyone on this site will tell you its better to get your computer tuned by a shop then a programer, when I first got my car I went and got a Hypertek computer programer 3 and its not like I hate it but there was very little change I have an A4 so the shift stiffness I felt and liked, and the thermostat is set to 160* but besides that I wouldnt try and change shift points (etc) without going to someone who really knew what they were doing, so that is why everyone will say go get a tune instead of buying an expencive programer.
