witch header gasket?
just ordered the off roead pacesetter headers and the guys at texas speed said to re use the factory gasket, can i do this or is there a different , better gasket to use

The only thing better would be a new OEM gasket.

it's which (selection), not witch (evil lady)...lol
regardless of what brand you go with, you will want metal/copper compression fitting gaskets. those will provide the best seal for your header flanges to your cylinder heads

Seal4Good
I am in the process of changing my headers and purchased "Seal-4-Good". The old ones (OEM) appeared to be copper and probably could have used them. The Seal-4-Good compress really well. I haven't fired it up. Maybe tomorrow evening.

Just use metal OEM gaskets from GM.

The FelPros work and seal 20x better if you take the ULTRA COOPER Permatex and spread a thin bead with your fingers around port area...........
Wait 15 mins. for it to set-up then install!!!!
We have found it usually........Makes them last for multiple motor swaps......Unless the header flange in wrapped bad.

Use the stock gaskets, no permatrex.
