just found out my friend is gone.

i just got word from one of my other friend that my 26 year old friend just passed away. he was on his way to work and went off the road and down a hill. no idea of what really happened yet but they are saying they thin he had a heart attack. so this got me thinking because we lived similar lifestyles. both played a lot of sports often and year round, and work way to much 45- 55plus a week. he was clean from drugs as well as my self. but did drink a lot. but after he got a dui he cleaned up overall. i drink 1-2 times a weeknow so i don't worry abbout that. but i used to drink 4 plus night a week. but have 3 people that i know die with the last eight months ( from heart attacks). makes me want to change my live style some. i need to lose about 25 lbs. and quit my part time smoking. ( maybe a pack a week). hate to see my third basemen gone. but rip bob. it was a pleasure to have you on my side.

anyone else every feel like this? or make you wanna change anything in your lifestyle?

hey thanks guys. the hardest part right now is that people keep caling me to tell me i have had 5 calls already so i have to relive the phone call.

just a little tuff to focus right now.

take some time for a few minutes today and reflect on your friends life and the time you spent w/him, and the time you had him in yours. I'm sorry to hear the sad news.

Sorry to hear about your friend, 26 is way too young to have a heart attack. I hope he's in a better place, at least that would give you peace of mind.

ive been fortunate enough not to lose any friends so far, but i can only imagine how it must feel. Sorry to hear about him! Stay strong. As far as changing lifestyles and stuff, do what you feel is best and will make you happy. Sometimes it takes instances like these to tell you that you may wanna change it up.

Sorry for your loss. When we lose someone close it seems to always make us stop and think a bit. There is never a good time to die and it seems like your friend was way too young for this to happen.

Whatever your habits, your DNA and body chemistry is different than his. Perhaps coming up with a way to honor your friend will help.

thanks guys it is just hard, we were the summer fall friends and winter snowball tornement but we would run into one another at different event, games. ect. i thank you all for the surport i need right now. this place is cool i reach f or advice and i get some good ones. he will be missed. it will be ever hard come snowball torney in jan. he will be missed but not forgotten.
