I am pretty sure the low side is on the tank. That is where I filled mine.

the low pressure switch is inline with the fitting that not on the tank.Im pretty sure the fitting on the tank is the high side. When i tried putting it through the one on the tank .I felt the can swell up and i stopped filling it .

the low side is on the tank.. the high side is the one that runs right to the left of your radiator.. to fill.. turn the car off and put the hose on to do this pull back the sleve and push on the fitting.. then snap the sleve shut.. make sure it is on tight.. then turn on on the car turn your ac on max ac and turn the fan all the way up.. turn the bottle upside down and let it drain.. should take between 2 and 5 mintues to drain the can.. just make sure that you have your ac system empty before filling it.. to do this open your high pressure side (this is the time you put on some eye protection) take a small flat head screw driver and push in the valve inside there and SLOWLY release the pressure.. be sure to be gentle on the valve stem.. you break it and your gonna have to spend some money... if you want to avoid all this hassle.. just take it in to get vaccumed out and new r134 put in it's like 100 bucks tops.. but hey.. it's done right and your ac will be really cold

If your system has lost all of its charge, it really should be vacuum pumped down. This removes all the moisture from the system and allows for the coldest possible air and greatest reliability.
