The hood does have the heat extractors but no hood emblem and Firehawk exterior graphics. Also the Firehawk had a two level spoiler, plus Firehawk floormats. The car doesnt have the trans am front end but I suppose SLP put the Firehawk on the formula, too. The rear bumper is not the rear bumper from SLP with the dual cutouts and the sideskirt from SLP is not on the car.

Black- 2002 Firehawk
Firehawks could have been ordered from a Trans Am or a formula. That car does seriously resemble a Hawk and very well could be. You can see changes, but then again many of us did make changes to our cars. He changed the airbox so the front intake scoops no longer seal so ram air is reduced or removed all together. The exhaust tips are different as well. What I'm saying is that it's very likely a Firehawk.

NBM- '98 Ram Air Formula
The previous owner put that white Firebird sticker on the back, or else it wouldn't be white. The first few generations of Hawks were only in the Formula package (because of weight) and you can still get them that way. This car does in fact have the front bumper emblem and the Firehawk stickers can easily be taken off. I don't understand why this car is not a true hawk???

Black- 2002 Firehawk
It might be a true HAWK. The only way to be sure is to provide the VIN to SLP and have them look it up.

My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
definatly a phoney.
no emblems [and what firehawk owner would strip those off?], the tan interior looks like a chop-shop did it too.

06-20-2006, 05:58 AM #12Definatly a phoney! How could you say that, No emblems! It does have the "Hawk' emblem on the front bumper cover and w/out decals on doors or bumper cover, the interior is camel and it looks stock to me, the exhaust looks to have slash tips say from SLP loudmouth maybe, as said before the VIN or ROP codes should show if its a hawk or not but it sure looks like a modified Formula Firehawk to me. The Dealership that is offering the car is retarted and don't know how to spell or know what the hell they are talking about. Here is a PIC of my '02 SOM Formula Firehawk.

I have a Formula Firehawk identicle to this one driving by my house everyday. I have no reason to believe that this isn't a Firehawk.
