$2,000 to spend
In the next two to three months i'll have about $2,000 to spend on my car what do you think I should do? I have Shortie headers, K&N FIPK, throttle body extension, and a LM 2. I really dont wanna have to replace my headers but im probably gonna have too to get more power. Any suggestions??

Yeah get rid of the shorties and go with long tubes and a heads and cam package.

if it's an auto get a stall, longtubes, and a tune. maybe you could throw a cam in there too before the tune. I don't know what prices are for things installed, I install everything myself

Im in about the same situation u are in.My plan is going with Pacesetter Coated LTs, ORY, LS6 intake manifold, Torque Converter, Port Throttle Body Cam, Pulley,(Maybe 3:73s) Tune, and you gotta get some Drag Radials or Slicks.(Hopefully I will get all this done by around the end of summer)That will be around $2000 - $3000 or a little more depending if u need a TC and what you have to pay to be installed.

i keep hearing more and more people running drag radials on the streets. I want to get some but ive heard they dont last long at all in a daily driver and are very scary in the rain. what do you guys think?? my dd is about to get a lot more power and i know im not gonna be able to get it all to the ground. I am however about to buy some 18x9.5's for the front with yokohoma avs's and 18x10.5 for the rear but am in a dilemma about getting drag radials. help!!

That's what they're for pretty much, street legal slicks. I have heard that the nitto 555r lasts pretty good, they even advertise up to 15,000 miles on their website. There are stickier DRs, but they don't last as long. I researched pretty deep into the best DR for the street and that's the one I have decided on. Looks like in my 17s I can get em for about 150 each
