Artic White- 1998 Trans Am
I've got a 79 Formula. It's currently disassembled and in the process of a restoration. I've got a 67 400 and TH400 for it.

I've got a 76 with a 455. REALLY rough on the outside but the entire drivetrain has than 12000 since a complete redo. When I bought it the guy was building it up for a 1/4 mile car and it ran mid 12s. I cracked the block about 6 years and dropped it off at a local shop and had the cylinder walls all resleeved, it cracked between the #3 & #5 or #5 & #7 can't remember which. Spent about 3000 on the motor it ran like a raped ape even more after that. I can't find all the paperwork from the rebuild and unfortunatly at the time I didn't know a lot about motors I was just a dumb highschool kid that told the guy "I've got this much to spend, make it faster!!" so I really don't know what all is inside
Tore the rockcrusher out of it within a week of getting the motor back so had to have that rebuilt to. Been parked for 3 years now, just gets an occasional start and trip down road. Saving the full resto for when I have a kid.

Mystic Teal Metallic- 2001 Trans Am
2nd gen T/A
I have owned this since 1999. Bought it from an uncle who bought it new. I have 100% of all documentation. Even original temp tags it came home from the dealership with. It has a 3rd set of keys made when delivered and used for starting and driving. The original keys are not used and one of the sets have never even been put into the ignition. One set of the original still has the knock out slugs still intact the other has the knock outs on a small ring with the keys.
Check it out. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2280714

Black- 1998 Trans Am WS6 'Vert
Ah, sweet memories. I used to have a '76 455-4sp T/A w/ factory Hurst w/ padded T-handle shifter. It was wrecked and repaired before I got it, but it ran good, a whole lot better after I ditched the factory Y+cat for a dual system from a '74 (no cats). I put almost 11Kmi on it in 1-1/2 years before it was totaled (drivetrain was still functional). Kept it for 12 years planning on a resto (had already compliled a new front clip and subframe), but sold the leftovers when I got my '98. I always felt the '76s were the 2nd best looking of the 2nd gens (behind the '70.5-'73s, did not dig the square headlights from '77-on).
MichelLeS1, very nice avitar, the car looks pretty nice too.
timowen1, you have a very nice 10th there, possible museum piece. Let me know if you ever have an itch to sell it.Last edited by JohnnyBs98WS6Rag; 05-16-2006 at 07:17 PM.
