Red- 1999 Firebird
I can't disconnect the battery terminal!?!?!?!
So I'm not the best with mechanic work... but I cant get the battery terminal off of my battery on my '99 firebird. It has a nut/bolt looking thing on each terminal, but I dont have a wrench that will fit it
The adjustable wrench just seems to be stripping it, and I'm not even sure this is the best way to get the terminal off. Can anyone give me a detailed "I'm an idiot" explanation? I need to connect the power to an amp. THanks!

Use a metric 8mm wrench. A standard wrench like a 5/16 won't fit perfectly and will just strip it out. If your hooking up an amp though, just use the power terminal located on the driver side next to the relay/fuse box.
