Stall converter
i understand the over all idea of it, just dont know the real benefit or the level of skill needed for the install. also, how would this change the over all ride and feel of the vehicle?

install is pretty straight forward and fairly easy. If you can do headers you can do a stall. It will get the car up in rpms faster to where you make power and keep you there through the whole run. When you go WOT from a dig ever notice how the rpms slowly build up to the shift point and after the shift they drop way down and start over again? That all but disappears after a bigger stall. What you will notice is mostly in city driving and stop light to stop light. It'll take a couple more hundred rpm to get the car moving good and you'll notice higher rpms cruising up until about 40 mph or so. After that point the coverter will lock and it'll drive exactly like stock. A nice stall (3500ish) is the best mod you can do to your car.
