I know the guy selling it - he had a bid at 45K a year or two back on eBay, and he turned down the bid.........so he relisted it a little lower and no one bid on it, and it didn't sell..........(obviously)

Last week it was listed with a price only, ..., at $48,000.
I'm makin' 'Goofy & Pluto' stickers for my car & going to advertise it as a 'Disney' classic & hopefully get about $75,000.

Pewter- 2002 Trans Am WS6 M6
I wouldnt call that car rare. Its just another car that someone took and customized to there liking. It didnt come from the factory or get customized by a dealer like that so its not rare imo.

Items that appear in movies are always going to be collectible and worth a lot more. Especially something as big as X-men. Plus according to the seller it's the only one they made for it. Rare yes, but it's also ugly as hell.

My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
The real value would be if it was actually used in the movie. I think this was just a promotional item...which I still can't wrap my head around...what does a firehawk have to do with comic books? And why did they only make 1?
Just playing devils advocate. I do remember seeing posters a few years back with that car and the movie images on it.

Even if it werent the X-Men car it would be rare... 1 of 167 (I beleive) hard T-T0p 10th Anny Firehawks... Which are SLP cars sold by dealers .. This is not just a theme car built by Joe in Denver...
I would agree if it were used in the movie (or even if a hawk had appeared in the movie instead on an RX-8) it would be a much more desirable car. As some have said... It is a bit on the ugly side, but so are some of the hurt olds... But i still see value in it...
First off not being a car built specially for to promote the movie it would have the potential pull $25k+ (its a little higher mileage that i would have thought)... But lets think of it this way... Not all pace cars were used in the Indy 500, but the stickers on the sides make them worth more...
Hawks are rareish... 10th anny cars re really rare... This is more than likely the most collectable Firehawk on the planet... In my book as a trans am lover that makes it something special... Even if it were titty pink...
