Coils
So are the truck 6.0L coils a good coil to buy for a replacement of a stock 5.7L coil? and will they bolt onto 98' valve covers?

I'd stick with the stock coils, just upgrade to aftermarket plug wires. the stock coils are very good even for heavily moded engines. but if you go with the truck coils, they mighy have a different wiring harness.
I do know valve covers were changed, but not sure if it was new for 97 or 98.
