Ruger Mini-14 Ranch Rifle

just picked one up and shes pretty as all get out !!! anyhow only game with 5 round clips i was wonderin anyone eles have one and if so what are the best high capacity clips any brans to stay away from? thanks for the info guys. and soon as i get the other guns cleaned i will post a pick of them all together all one big happy family i'll even put my boys lil 22 in there with them lol

Anytime I shoot one of those, all I can think of is the A-team theme song. My buddys jams with anything but the stock mag.

i would suggest you hit a local gun show, get shotgun news or type into google high capacity clips.
i would buy as many items possible at a gun show, no paper trail.

yeah i know but we happened to pick this one up in a down time for gun shows lol have one in Nov and then not another one tell Jan.
and about them jamming i have never seen/heard of them jamming . and if it dose i will head down to the machine shop and make some mods lol

yeah thats are fear ... but even if that BOY gets in the white house we have tell the end of jan before he can change anything and after that i think it will be summer befor we have anything major changed in any law. beisdes i just bought a 100 round clip lol and next pay day i am goin to buy another one lol

Nice buy! I was gonna get one of those but Im gassing for a 7.62 M14. One of those would go nicely with my M1s

I owned one of these for about 3 hours. I bought some high-cap mags when I bought the rifle. The stock mags worked fine but the aftermarket mags ALL jammed so I returned everything. Turns out, Ruger has a pretty shitty policy about letting the public buy factory high-cap mags for these guns. After reading about this, I sold both of my Ruger pistols and will never spend another dollar with that company!! Fuck Ruger.

just did one google search this afternoon and found like 3 sites that where full off Ruger high -cap mags!!!
if i got

on my deal i got i would like to know now i paid 375 the gun is wood stock with stainless and a scope.

do your research on the mags.... there are alot of crap companies out there. I suggest trying to find some info on ar15.com

I've never seen a used mini go for under $500, so i would say you did pretty godd if it is in good condition
