OBD2 Codes -- Where to start
Ive posted before about my car and some of the problems its having i bought a cheap code scanner today that gave me some codes. Heres what I found in priority coded order, now where should i go from here?
P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0151 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0154 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0757 2-3 Shift Solenoid Valve Performance - No Third or Fourth Gear (( Which explains why half the time my car wont shift into 4th gear AT))
P0134 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 1
P1153 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0134 "(pending)" not sure what that means
Now this is before i did a reset on my car i cant remember how to reset the codes but im about to look it up on the net. As I havent changed anything lately I figure these are probably the most recent. Question is where do I start? Where are these banks and sensors im not sure which O2s these are or rather located physically on the car.

For starters, check out this site:

Secondly, I'd look at your harnesses @ the PCM because there are just too many codes to be a simple problem. Might be a common ground problem too...

Ok so im dumb because i didnt realize the the erase on this handheld would clear the PCM i thought it just cleared the hand held but hey what ever... I drove down the end of the block and back got no SES light not sure how long i have to drive before it starts to fail. Maybe tonight when i go home from work i'll get a better idea.
But where is bank 1 & 2 sensor 1 on the car because if those are the ones right under the floorboard i think the harnesses may be damaged. Are those the ones?

Yeah start with gearchatter. For the 02's bank 1 is drivers side, bank 2 is passenger side - sensor 1 is precat, sensor 2 is postcat. Don't think gearchatter lists trans codes, I'll post a link for it.

The codes won't throw until you've cycled the ignition at least 2 times, sometimes more if the condition isn't met 2x in 2 ignition cycles.
That's also what that "pending" means in your codes. Means its occurred once, but not enough times to throw a SES light.

Don't completely understand it, but here's a link for P0757: www.ls2.com/boggs/a4/DTC%20P0757%205.7.htm

Ok so i need to take care of the O2 sensors but can anyone tell me anything about that Transmission Solenoid... can they be replaced? Are they expensive? Does the tranny have to be pulled out of the car and taken apart? Any of this would be good to know

pm Performabuilt with your tranny questions.................I replaced some solenoids on mine
prices range from $30-75...............you just take the pan off and the solenoids are there, some have a pin that slides over them and holds them in

Eagle i got your message there. and Thanks for that picture i got it changed out today. was fairly straight forward. I cleared the codes last night and drove my car several times today running errands several starts, stops, and about 25 miles in one trip and now i still have no codes. So Im still waiting to see if they pop up
