    Throw-out bearing or Pilot Bearing going out? Need help.

    need some troubleshooting help. How can I tell if it is my throw-out bearing or pilot bearing going bad? I hear a rattle when I go full throttle in 6th and have heard a rattle/grinding like sound when backing into a parking spot with the clutch engaged. If anyone can help me figure out which is the part that is going would be greatly appreciated.

    Heat shield. A bearging noise would be a growl and happen all the time.
