Stabil and fuel treatment
I take it is is OK to run Lucas upper cylinder lube and Stabil at the same time in the gas tank?

probably wont hurt anything, might make your car smoke a lil tho

1/4 tank of fuel minimum
Should be no problem as long as you have at least a 1/4 tank of fuel.
