Stock- 2002 Camaro
get deployed to the middle east. seems to be working for me. its been a month a 1/2 and ive already lost 16lbs. I run 4miles a day and do weight training 5 times a week. I think the big thing with working out is happiness. I found that when things are going well for me i tend to stay away from the gym. When your life sucks because of problem wife the wife, work, family, or your stuck in the desert, you find you do everything you can to better yourself. I think the key is starting off slow and not going to hard all at once.
Another big thing i found is diet and water intake. i drink about 1 to 1.5 gallons a day.Last edited by Dr.Crash; 02-19-2010 at 03:41 AM.
