Dear teacher,
Attached to these 8 stapled, blank pieces of printer paper is twenty dollars.
I think no more need be said.
Yours truly,
Mr. Luos
Disdain for females and misogyny in general have helped me a lot.
Edit: and by 'helped' I mean regarding short-lived pleasures. I can't imagine that those are qualities that would aid any sort of meaningful relationship.

I'm pretty happy with where I'm at. 6'2" 205 pounds.
However as far as cheat days go, I'm on one right now. Woke up this morning and had a bag of those mini chocolate covered donuts and a Monster. Got back for my 2 hour break in between classes and had some beef brisket and a coke. Did I mention it's only like 11?lol I'll be feeling that later when I work out.Last edited by LgndKller20073; 02-17-2010 at 10:13 AM.

I am lucky enough to have a great metabolism so I can go all out with my cheat meals. This past weekend one of the days looked like:
Breakfast:
-Big bowl of fruit loops
-2 bacon and egg sandwiches
-2 poptarts
Snack:
-2 mountain dews
-half box of ritz crackers
-2 more poptarts
Lunch:
-10ish cajun wings
-Bigass tub of popcorn (went to the cinema)
-Over a liter of coca-cola
Snack:
-Some more mountain dews
-10 or so chips ahoy cookies
-some left over fajitas
Dinner:
-Beef/potato/veggie stew with rice
-A second portion of the above
-apple & cherry pie
-ice cream
-a beer
inb4 spaz eats that whole list as a 5 minute snack
I'm a small guy though.
And in my defense, for the previous week I had been at least a grand under maintenance every single day, so I had some catching up to do, clean or not
It's a good thing, believe me.
