No doubt. It'll be a long time coming. Might as well pour myself another cup of coffee.

    -2 bacon and egg sandwiches
    -2 poptarts
    Snack:
    -2 mountain dews
    -half box of ritz crackers
    -2 more poptarts
    Lunch:
    -10ish cajun wings
-Bigass tub of popcorn (went to the cinema)
    -Over a liter of coca-cola
    Snack:
    -Some more mountain dews
-10 or so chips ahoy cookies
    -some left over fajitas
    Dinner:
    -Beef/potato/veggie stew with rice
-A second portion of the above
    -apple & cherry pie
    -ice cream
    -a beer

inb4 spaz eats that whole list as a 5 minute snack I'm a small guy though.
And in my defense, for the previous week I had been at least a grand under maintenance every single day, so I had some catching up to do, clean or not

It's a good thing, believe me.
I'll tell you right now, I doubt you will be able to do that in 3 years without adding a few lbs. I miss those days

    Been good.

None for 2 days now, and got in 60 minutes on the elliptical each day.
Can tell I have been off the routine for a while. Legs aren't holding up so well...

get deployed to the middle east. seems to be working for me. its been a month a 1/2 and ive already lost 16lbs. I run 4miles a day and do weight training 5 times a week. I think the big thing with working out is happiness. I found that when things are going well for me i tend to stay away from the gym. When your life sucks because of problem wife the wife, work, family, or your stuck in the desert, you find you do everything you can to better yourself. I think the key is starting off slow and not going to hard all at once.

Another big thing i found is diet and water intake. i drink about 1 to 1.5 gallons a day.
