Well, yeah, that too. But the primary reason more WS6s were built in the later years of the LS1 f-bod was CONSUMER DEMAND. Pontiac put very little effort into marketing these cars, so it was left to the consumer to figure out what was available. Obviously the WS6 looks much more badass and that is what drove consumer demand. If people weren't ordering them, they wouldn't have been built. You don't think GM actually built a bunch of f-bods to put on dealer lots to just see if they sell or not like Ford does w/ Mustangs, do you?

My second favorite color besides black (but holy shit what a bitch to keep looking clean) is SOM, almost bought one in Tampa, but the dealer wouldn't budge on the price, he wanted what I thought was way too much to begin with for the miles, but where I come from, a dealer moves on the price.
