Mods i have are bassani cat-back, Dynatech headers, and Volant intake. Not too shabby huh...

When i ran the 13.577 in my 5.7 Mag it was 103.03. My buddy in the 6.1 SRT8 trapped a 109.9 last time we were out with a 13.0 run.

You take 425 crank horsepower and then you subtract the 18% for auto and your down to 349 rwhp give or take a little.

I have a 4-door sedan that would out-run that and probably even your 2DOOR SPORTS CAR!!!

Unfortunately, track numbers outside of the magazine doesn't support their conclusions. This could be why I stopped reading those commercially driven magazines like C&D, R&T, Motortrend and only read, Vette magazine, GM High Tech, Hot Rod, Corvette Fever, etc.

Wasn't the Magazine comparison between an 05 or 06 GTO and an 06 SRT8. If thats the case, the dude who posted said he has an 04 LS1 not an 05/06 GTO LS2. Big difference.

What's sad is that it's a station-wagon. It's ugly as hell, and why do you want that big-a$$ motor in a station wagon anyways. You might have been beat but your GTO looks a hell of a lot better!

I like the chopped top on the Magnums - think they are cool looking. If looks were my top priority I would have bought the Mustang GT. Being honest my GTO is the least distinctive looking of the three and was secondary to my reasons for buying it. I really don't care much for the looks of my GTO - it's just okay.

Man your a badass. Your full bolt-on, geared, and cammed FBody can handle a stock station wagon....I'm impressed....seriously....

FWIW stock 300C SRT8s have gone as quick as 12.5 in bone stock trim. What did your car run stock again? I didn't think so....
