    i always felt that the food wasn't authentic but then again I live in New Jersey, which is basically lil italy and have an italian background. What do you mean by they are made in italy? How authentic is this stuff then?

    the recipes are made at a culinary school dealy in Italy, only some of the items on the menu are, they have a little symbol next to them. Most of them are only served at dinner too. The food is prepared in the kitchen fresh. haha

    well I have some updates. My back is sore from standing and walking around all day, and I had to work in the ally today in the kitchen. Holy Shit does it get busy! I liked it though, made time go by. My trainee told me that like, 6 girls came up to her last night and told her that I'm really cute. Seems that the ladies are digging me.

    ...don't stare...? wouldn't the point be to get a real good look at the guy?

    I know right? the guy was all waving his gun around, and the guys were all looking scared in random directions. It was so funny. I think the idea is to just do what they guys want and let the video cameras get them. That way you don't piss them off from looking at them wrong or something.
