    Was that an amber bulb? The 3157LL's i just replaced were REALLY black when I pulled them. But they didn't look anything like yours

    drill 3 holes at the bottom of the housing so that the water can leak out.
    thats what ive done with mine back in September...not one burnout DRL since...
