Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
The gunmetal is a nice color. If you are gonna paint it, paint it something other than a factory color. I wouldn't paint it SOM, red, NBM or any other color that GM offered. Do something different and creative.

How about the green metallic that JEEP offers on its current Grand Cherokee?
And then add some black or silver (or Lamborghini orange?) hockey stripes?

i like gunmetal grey with blacked rims on camaros the best, gives them a semi-sleeper out-of-your-face look,
i'm also a fan of this one, that has your dark blue color:
